There are a few ways to see who is off.
1. You can look at the 'Today's out' on the Dashboard - https://companycontrols.pro/TimeAttendance/People_KnownToBeOut.aspx
2. Site Wide Managers and client admin can see further into the future in People > Today's Out (dropdown) > Other periods outs
3. All Line Managers and members of a group can check the leave calendar for that group in My details > Groups > Group name > Leave (dropdown) > Calendar
4. The leave approved email has an attachment (*.ics) that records the leave on the employees calendar if it is clicked.
5. This leave approved email can be copied to a shared calendar. The calendar would have to be set up so that it automatically added calendar entries from email and available to all as a shared calendar. This is something that would need to be set up by your IT staff
6. The Area > Global > Leave > Calendar is also available to managers and Client Admins and shows all leave across the whole company
