A sick note can be added at any time during or after the sickness. Go to Actions > Sickness > Sick Notes and click the sick note numbers next to the Sickness Ref you want to add Sick Notes for. The Sick Note can be a Self Cert, Doctors Note or a Medical Certificate. All sick days should be covered by a sick note. One or more sick notes can be added to cover the period.
