Cancelling leave depends on who is doing the cancelling and when it is done in the process.
- If the request is still in Draft just change the status to Withdraw and click submit.
- If the request has been sent for approval or approved, change the status to Withdraw.
2. Manager/Client Admin
- If the request is waiting to be approved, reject the request
- If the request has been approved change the Decision from Approved to Cancel Request and submit.
